In January, Prevention Point opened their warming center in Kensington for 24 hours due to the Code Blue bitter cold. Typically, people try to take the blankets that are reserved for the space with them, but because of the generosity of our team members, they left with items they desperately needed – approximately 400 coats, blankets, sweaters, and other warm items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
