When deadlines are tight, they can prioritize and excel. They don’t need a heavy hand to make sure your work is done on time and done to the highest of standards. Subpar work is unacceptable to them. They’re easy to work with and truly a team player. They contribute to the positive atmosphere in the office and enjoy coming to work each day.

Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  • Leading and mentoring the demand gen team in a player/coach capacity to hit their personal and professional career goals
  • Create/own reporting that comes to meaningful insights that drive action.
  • Ensuring we’re expanding into, and exploiting, the most promising marketing channels
  • Setting the overall demand gen goals on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis
  • Partnering with other areas of marketing to plan cohesive omni-channel campaigns and product launches
  • Building a stack of marketing tools and systems that work cohesively together to create efficiency and improve results together
  • Uphold acquisition KPIs, and analyze and report on performance and spend.
  • Setting up and then scale a business development team/channel for Sales support/outbound campaigning

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or software environment
  • Technical marketer with experience driving significant lead acquisition goals across many channels
  • Player/coach who gets to solve problems while simultaneously empowering others to bring their a-game
  • Proven track record of success in paid ad execution and oversight
  • A bit nerdy, hungry for impact, and get excited to learn the latest and greatest
  • Love to check performance against the data, to honestly retro efforts in order to push learning and growth for yourself and other
  • Highly organized and have no trouble managing complex projects, keeping several projects on track, and keeping everyone aligned
  • Implemented new technologies and processes that solve today’s problems and are easily scaled in the future
  • Strong understanding of SaaS KPIs
  • Transparent: asks for help, and always looking for opportunities to give and receive radical candor
  • Bonus points for
    • Experience finding and hiring the right channel marketers at the right time
    • Experience leading other marketers in an empowering way, and to achieve impressive results

Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Indicative, Tableau, PowerBI, etc. — and the ability to build reports in them

Creative and enthusiastic add!, though I personally got tired of reading and kinda of exhausted.  Consider slimming it down while retaining the impact!
