KidsCare's Support Plan provides everything you need to ensure your continuing success with the software -- including product updates, unlimited support, and informational tools like our newsletter to help you get the most from your investment in your daycare center.

Updates and Enhancements
SofterWare is continually adding new improvements and features into our daycare software. These enhancements are the results of our clients’ suggestions and concerns, and they are released at no additional charge to our Support Plan clients. In addition to adding new features, such as our new e-mail capability, these enhancements always include new software technology that make the system faster, more efficient, and easier to use.

Unlimited Technical Support
Unlimited phone support is available at no additional cost to all Support Plan clients. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–6:00 pm EST.

Periodic Newsletter
The KidsCare Edition of SofterWare World is a newsletter that is sent regularly to all Support Plan clients. The newsletter includes information on upcoming enhancements, training offerings, seasonal procedures, as well as tips and techniques that help you get the most from your software.

FAX and E-mail Support
SofterWare maintains a dedicated FAX line that allows users to fax questions and examples of problems to our support staff. Clients are also welcome to e-mail our support team for assistance. Technical Support staff members will promptly review these messages and fax, e-mail, or call back with the appropriate solution.

Client-Only Web site
Support Plan clients can access client-only areas of the site, which allow downloading of updates, back issues of newsletters and other helpful tools.

Modem Support
Those clients who have a modem and the appropriate communications software can benefit from SofterWare’s ability to connect remotely to their computer to diagnose problems and provide solutions. Access by modem also allows for occasional online instruction when appropriate.

Call the President Hotline
Clients can call a special 800# to provide feedback directly to the company president, Dr. Nathan Relles. SofterWare is committed to encouraging and responding to our clients’ needs as proactively as possible. This “Electronic Suggestion Box” represents that commitment and gives clients an opportunity to voice their concerns candidly.
