Electronic Fee Collection* KidsCare’s optional EZ-EFT utility allows you to offer parents the option of paying their fees automatically by credit card or bank draft. Simply enter the parent’s account information into KidsCare and with the click of a button the current charges for the account are calculated and sent via secure modem connection to the processing center. Payments are automatically recorded on the family’s ledger with the funds deposited into the center’s bank account on the due date. The Power of Access™ KidsCare is developed in Microsoft’s widely used Access™ database.
