E-Tip: Export from EZ-Viewer
Once your data is in Excel, you can analyze it or present it in ways that go beyond even EZ-CARE2’s powerful reporting functions and flexibility. For example, you could present enrollment information in a more readable format:

Of course, you can do much of the presentation formatting in EZ-CARE2, and you don’t have to use Excel for that. But for some applications, or for people who prefer to use Excel, it can be a very versatile tool for “extending your reach” with EZ-CARE2. And just as one more example, when you export from EZ-Viewer to a file, that information can be merged into WORD (rather than Excel) to produce very impressive personalized letters or other communications, e.g.:
