Client Satisfaction Liaison

To respond even more effectively to your needs, we’ve created the position of SofterWare Client Satisfaction Liaison. Mary Gasper’s job is to maximize your happiness and satisfaction.
 

CSL Role
  • Serve as client advocate within company
  • Improve the frequency and quality of our communication with clients
  • Involve necessary staff to address issues
  • Follow-up with clients & internal staff to
    confirm that problems have been resolved
