The success of SofterWare’s products is due, in large part, to the skills and professionalism of our employees. We are currently seeking a Salesforce Analyst/Developer to join our team. As the Salesforce Analyst, you will gather business requirements, define the technical approach and help to expand adoption of the Salesforce platform and solutions throughout the entire organization. You will share the responsibility of the overall health and management of the platform, related to development, upgrades, enhancements and policies and procedures for the platform.

Key Responsibilities

    As our Salesforce Analyst, your will be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying improvement opportunities and executing them from start to finish
  • Define complex business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions
  • Working collaboratively with the Administrator and other department staff to support and improve the Sales, Service and Community Clouds for marketing, sales, support, implementation, content and finance teams.
  • Evaluating product releases and new functionality provided by Salesforce and connected applications
  • Research and implement applications that increase productivity and utilization.
  • Tier 2 support and training of team leads with regards to all aspects of Salesforce and associated connected applications, ensuring full and effective system adoption and satisfaction
  • Designing reports and dashboards that provide an accurate and transparent view of our business results
  • Assist Administrator to actively audit, identify, and resolve data integrity issues

Relevant Business Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Understanding or exposure to common industry standard business practices as related to marketing and sales automation (campaigns, opportunity, proposal, sales orders, forecasting, territory management and quotas)
  • Working knowledge of APEX (classes and web services), Visualforce, Triggers, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and components
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
  • Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy – ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements
  • Ability to learn new technologies and standards, and how to apply them to improve processes
  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
