Do you want to work for one of Philly.com’s Top Work Places? Our employees are very proud that SofterWare is on the “Philly.com Top Work Places” list for the fifth time! You’ll have the opportunity to take on thrilling challenges and problem-solve by collaborating with key stakeholders on our Executive, Development, Customer Care, Sales and Marketing teams so that every product release is internally and externally successful. As someone who can work with people at all levels of the organization, you will collaborate with everyone in our company from our CEO to newly hired Client Support Representatives and everyone in between. You will manage execution from strategic planning to tactical activities and ensure the product’s success in the market. You will blend your strong product management skills, proven business acumen, and the vision and drive to contribute to our revenue growth, and you will share in the success of that growth.
